Your questions, answered

What is the difference between Explore and Get Started?

Explore opens the product page so you can read the package details. Get Started opens safety questions for that package. If you need help comparing options, use the full package finder.

Does the package finder diagnose my dog?

No. It is an educational guide that organizes your answers and points to package information. A result does not establish medical suitability or replace veterinary care.

Do all packages require formal veterinary review?

Testosterone Support requires formal veterinary review and a prescription. The other launch packages use safety screening and warning acknowledgments. Your veterinarian remains the right person for medical decisions about your dog.

What happens if an answer raises a concern?

Nonurgent health or medication answers may show a warning that you must acknowledge to continue. Urgent symptoms lead to a stop message and a recommendation to seek veterinary care.

When is a waiver required?

A signed waiver is required before checkout. Adding an item to your cart or completing screening does not sign the waiver. Contact our team if you need help with the next step.

Is the one-month or two-month option a subscription?

No. These are package durations for a one-time purchase. They do not enroll you in automatic recurring billing.

Where do I find the package components and instructions?

The product page lists the package components and duration choices. Confirm quantities, supplies and approved instructions before treatment. The package finder does not provide dosing instructions.
